Hi everyone. Great to see you and introduce myself. I am Angela and I have been a Style Consultant for 3 years+, after wearing the Captain Tortue clothing ranges for over ten years myself! I am in my early fifties, and am passionate about wildlife, volunteering as a Marine Mammal Medic and helping care for seals in the Cornwall Seal Hospital until they can move on to a rehabilitation centre.

I love helping people to find their Tortue style so that they look good and feel fantastic every day.

I am quite a creative person and have always had an eye for colours and style. Living in Cornwall I enjoy taking inspiration from the natural world to guide how our French Chic outfits and accessories can work for customers in a coastal or country lifestyle in particular, for practical as well as ‘head turning’ ‘compliment getting’ style for my customers whether they live this lifestyle or have a city based lifestyle with many of my clients being further afield around the UK.

Hi everyone!! I’m Sharon and I live in Newmachar, Aberdeenshire. I’ve been selling the brand Captain Tortue for 9 years now and I absolutely love the quality of the clothing, being able to mix and match items season after season and also the fact that it is very comfortable and very exclusive. My career started as an HR Professional and when I was taking a career break due to relocation, I was introduced to this brand – and never looked back!! I’ve always loved fashion and can remember from a very early age saving up my pocket money, part time job earnings, to go into Glasgow and shop for all the latest trends.

Some of my customers over the last 9 years have become very good friends, some even my Besties!!! I just love helping them choose outfits for special occasions or even just updating their wardrobe. As I get to know you and what you like, I can easily pick out pieces that you are going to love. What I’ll also do though from time to time is through in a ‘curve ball’ piece which I will encourage you to try and much to my delight 9 times out of 10 you will love it. It’s great sometimes just to go out with our comfort zones and try different things on or we will just get stuck in a rut with the same old styles and colours.

One to one personal styling sessions are my favourite, however, there is nothing better too than getting a group of your friends together and us all trying on different things, and making up different matching outfits from all the pieces. Many a great night has been had doing this along with a few glasses of fizz.

I am 55 years young and up until I met “Captain Tortue” I was very much stuck with my style, my wardrobe basically consisted of Jeans, vest top, white shirt...... you know the look! My first shopping bag from Captain Tortue introduced me to colour, prints and amazing fabrics. I was hooked, I loved these pieces. I still have them and add to them, as I build my capsule wardrobe.

This is the kind of love I would like to spread to my friends and their friends and everyone who comments or compliments me on my clothes. If like me you were stuck in a rut and stand looking aimlessly into your wardrobe, then it’s time to make changes. Dressing with ease, Feeling confident and Looking fantastic is what I can offer. Hello there. I am Suze and I have been a Style Consultant for 5 years. I have always had a passion for fashion and style. I absolutely love Tortue’s clothes and how they make you feel. I love helping my clients choose the right outfit to make them look the absolute best they can and help them create a capsule wardrobe by adding one or two pieces to their wardrobe each season.

My clients come back to me time after time because they trust me. They know that I will always give my honest opinion. If something is not right, I will tell them. I would rather not sell them something if it does not fit right, or if they are not looking their best.

I also really enjoy getting to know my clients and I like to spend time with them to find out more about them to discover what they like and what they don’t like. Initially, some of my clients admit to being a bit “stuck in their ways.” After they have had a styling session with me, they trust me when I make suggestions for them to try and they are overwhelmed with how they look. They also love the fact that I can put outfits together to create their best look and how, by adding accessories, I can really give them the confidence to look their absolute best.

Let me introduce myself, I love all things French, especially the clothes and their style not to mention the food and wine , I also teach French and I’m a translator and a writer in my spare time too. I’m also a mum of three.

I started my French Captain business over 12 years ago, and I’ve been wearing Captain Tortue for around 15 years!!! It’s all I have in my wardrobe!

I’ve lived in different areas of France, my family home is in the Perigord, and my Mum still lives there so I’m a very frequent visitor to the country. That’s how I discovered Captain Tortue all those years ago! On one return journey home when I’d filled the boot of the car with beautiful French clothes for my 3 small children, my husband announced this would be the last time!!! I had taken up all the space and left him no room for the French wines he wanted to bring home!!! So the search was on, and I can still remember the delight of my incredible discovery, Captain Tortue, beautiful French clothes available in the UK, and the rest is history.

I love meeting my customers and welcoming them to my home boutique, where I have a dedicated area for shopping and styling. There’s nothing like seeing the joy the clothes can bring, sharing the tears and the laughter and those special moments when you both know you’ve found something perfect for them.

My name Sue, I am in my mid fifties & have lived in Swindon all my life. I have loved this gorgeous range of clothes since I was first introduced to them over 12 years ago and have enjoyed helping women find outfits that they love & wear time & again ever since.

I love getting a group of friends together at a Pop up Shop in their home where I present our gorgeous collections & outfit combinations, helping ladies to shop with style advice in a relaxed & friendly environment. Or alternatively ladies enjoy a more personalised shopping experience with a 1-1 session where I can give more time &personalised advice.

Hi there, I am Michelle and have been a Style Consultant for 3 years. I am 50 years old and 5ft 11inches tall. I am based in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire and have set up a Fashion Space Boutique where ladies are always welcome to come and see and try on the fabulous Tortue Fashions as well as socialise and have a fun and relaxed shopping experience.

The door is always open when you visit Tortue with Lisa! that applies to the virtual door too as you'll find her on zoom doing personal styling too! All from her home in Fleet, Hampshire.

Hi I’m Sophie and have been a Tortue consultant for 7 years. I’m turning 50 in December, married for 24 years, have four daughters and a golden retriever. I always welcome everyone with a huge smile and love to focus on the complete client experience.

I’m so passionate about the clothes that ladies say that it’s infectious. I always offer honest advice and love to really get to know my client and make them feel special.

I offer 1-1s, group styling sessions, fashion shows, style on lines, fashion shows.

I am Alison Falconer, I have been a style consultant for 13 years alongside my cabin crew career with British Airways!

I have always had a passion for fashion and travel. So wherever I am in the world I love to browse at the latest brands.

The Captain Tortue collections are by far my favourite, I love all of the styles and being able to mix and match present and past collections.

I live in Glasgow, but originally from Aberdeen so I travel up & down & anywhere else in between in Scotland showcasing my collections.

I have built up quite a large customer base over the years, including a lot of repeat business, which is amazing. There isn’t a better feeling than seeing how overwhelmed my customers, are after a session with me creating their best look.

Caroline is based just outside North Berwick and loves to welcome ladies into her home to make each and every one feel great and look fabulous.

She is a ‘can do’ person who works hard and plays even harder. She is honest and will ensure to say if something doesn’t suit you.

One of her customers said she should be a daytime chat host.

Caroline laughs often, is passionate, is dedicated, loves deeply and dresses with the style that a Tortue lady can.

I’m Karen, mum of four and a passionate lover of all things style Im based just outside Sevenoaks in a little village on the outskirts of Westerham, a beautiful small town on the Kent / Surrey border. As a busy Mum of 4 young children I love being able to keep my style and fashion dreams alive through being a part of the wonderful Tortue UK family. I adore the beautiful French style of Tortue, the quality of the pieces and the fact that each item always has something that’s a little bit different to offer.

Style can help you in so many ways to keep your own identity and I’m passionate about working with ladies to help them achieve finding their own unique style. I’ve had the privilege to meet and style many lovely ladies over the last few years in the stunning Tortue brand. One of the comments I hear the most from my clients is how fabulous it is to find a brand that is not only super stylish but totally exclusive and not accessible on the high street.

I love nothing more than working with women to help them choose pieces that specifically work for them and I’m particularly passionate about guiding my clients towards colours that suit them as a trained personal stylist. The power of wearing the right colours from your palette is massive and for so many ladies is a lightbulb moment when it comes to style. Dressing well In beautiful items that suit you can be a total game changer. I live by the style motto ‘look good, feel good’ and work with all of my customers to help them achieve this when selecting pieces.

Hi I’m Amelia, a proud Tortue stylist based in Bristol & North Somerset, mum to two gorgeous girls and wife to ‘Army Mike’! My ‘other job’ is managing the family farm which includes daily adventures with our crazy collie-dog Jeffrey and my lovely Dad who is sadly suffering with Alzheimer’s. It certainly never gets boring in my world!!!

I love working with our gorgeous clothes as not only do I enjoy getting up and throwing on our newest fitness gear for my morning run, but I love helping to choose outfits for other ladies, be it for a special event or just that perfect pair of jeans or new blouse! My go to pieces are always our jeans and lovely tops, jumpers and jackets! Oh dear I forgot to mention the jumpsuits and playsuits too!!! I do love it all!!!

I welcome ladies at my in home boutique for group shops or one on one sessions, I can also be found ‘popping up’ at someone’s home or work, but I also really love jumping on social media and telling everyone (who will listen) about the latest new arrivals or trends. I’m always trying to learn new skills for my Instagram reels (and now tiktok videos!) and I aim to put a smile on people’s faces whilst spreading the Tortue love. My mission is to make Tortue clothing go viral!!!

Hello, I’m Lizzy, 44 year old mother of one and owner of ‘Look Good Feel Good With Lizzy’. I’ve been practising as a holistic therapist for over 16 years. Part of well being is feeling good and looking good really helps with that feeling. So I discovered another love and passion for beautiful French clothing.

As a new mum at 30 I sadly had to have some major unexpected emergency bowel surgery and this caused me to lose a lot of my body confidence. Becoming a tortue consultant has enabled me to not only dress and feel amazing myself as their clothes offer chic style and are so flattering and exclusive intricate detailing always guarantees compliments wherever you go. But it has completed my holistic offering to clients of now being able to make them feel good and healthy through therapy and look amazing too.

My friends would describe me as energetic, always looking at the positives, driven, passionate and a happy soul who is always raising money for charity and making the best of what she has.
