Shipping policy

We aim to ship your exclusive gorgeous garments within a week.   If you have any queries or requests please send us a message via the website chat feature or email Nina directly at hello@tortue.uk.

We can't control Customs (or the weather! but we are always happy to update you on request..     

Any tracking issues please contact Nina at hello@tortue.uk or your Tortue consultant.   

We endeavor to keep stock expected delivery dates correct and updated on the website.

We will immediately advise of any issues with supply of our products, either cancellation or delay.    

We offer free shipping with a spend of at least £85.00.    Otherwise standard shipping charged is £4.95.

We cannot offer free returns shipping.

We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
