We offer one-to-one personal styling sessions in person and from the comfort of your own home through video call appointments. Your Personal Stylist can help you navigate all of our ranges to find pieces that are perfect for you, whether you’re searching for something stand-out for a special occasion or refining your everyday wardrobe.
Virtual
Personal Styling
You can talk with a Personal Stylist for up to an hour free via video call from the comfort of your own home.
- This is a great option if you want one-to-one advice but are not local to one of our stylists
- Your Personal Stylist will select items to share with you based on your requirements (this will have been determined in an initial discovery session)
- We want you to feel inspired to create different looks with your current wardrobe or try a completely new outfit – there’s no minimum spend or obligation to buy

After your session you will receive your chosen products to try on at your pleasure in your home, do not worry you can return anything that is not suitable

The cost of the styling session is redeemable back against any purchases. (There is no hidden extra cost here!)
In Person

Your appointment is completely tailored to you
- Your Personal Stylist will call ahead of your appointment to chat through what you’re looking for.
- You will have your own luxurious styling suite with a selection of outfits ready for you on arrival, and refreshments
- You can browse the whole range for more options with your Personal Stylist
- There’s no obligation but of course you can buy any items you love on the day.
- You can then stay in touch with your Personal Stylist after the appointment to ask any follow-up questions via email and receive further recommendations
Most importantly, relax and enjoy it – there’s no minimum spend or obligation to buy during your session with us and you’re very welcome to book a follow-up.

We are a new company and are establishing freight relationships and learning about customs. We aim to ship your exclusive gorgeous garments within two weeks. Any issues please contact Nina at hello@tortue.uk or your Tortue consultant.
We endeavor to keep stock expected delivery dates correct and updated on the website.
We will immediately advise of any issues with supply of our products, either cancellation or delay.
We offer free shipping with a spend of at least £60.00. Otherwise standard shipping charged is £4.95.
We cannot offer free returns shipping.
